The Medical course is called Doctor of Medicine(MD) and the duration of the course is 5.8 years. UPHSD University has hospital inside the university campus with 400 bed capacity. Students study pre medicine course for one and half years followed by Doctor of Medicine course for 4 years. After completing the basic medical course and para medical course, students do their clinical rotation during their final year in UPHSD Medical Center located in Manila.

The University of Perpetual Help (UPH), Las Pinas campus where school of Medicine is located is on four hectares with administration offices, lecture halls, anatomy dissection laboratory, library, student hostel, canteens, play grounds and hospital located in campus. Lecture halls in UPHSD are equipped with the state-of-the-art air-conditioned facility.
